Funny you should post today . . . I took another crunchy tromp to the lake this afternoon! Only 3 inches of snow or so . . . felt more like a late March, early April walk, than January!

No sign of the eagles yet, but I’ll keep looking! Once they come back, you know spring is not far behind. ;0)

Update we have 2 new decorations for Christmas in July.
Santa will have no problem finding site 34!!

Hunter! How are you?? Tami and David thought of your family right away when they saw that gi-normous Santa! Tami also batted her eyelashes until David agreed to buy the “camper” Santa too! We’ll have lots of new Chrismtas decorations next year! We can’t wait to see what you bring too!

Scott and Ann, it’s good to hear from you! Things are still looking good around here – the cormorant has finally gone (mostly because the ice has begun to form) but in a few short weeks, we should see the eagles working on their nest in preparation for their eggs. That usually happens around February vacation . . . we’ll keep you posted!
